1986 – Johnny Carson hosts Frank Zappa for two plus amazing segments, bumping guests, having a serious conversation. Pure good stuff. A classic example of Carson owning that show and just doing what he wanted to do. Respecting Zappa as a fellow artist fighting the good fight. You can see Johnny turn at min.1:57.  So fucking cool. And Zappa… beyond cool. two greats.
